Inspur (Jinan) Intelligent Manufacturing Base
Inspur (Jinan) Intelligent Manufacturing Base, located in the Inspur Industrial Park in Jinan, boasts a production workshop spanning over 20,000 square meters. It possesses end-to-end autonomous production capabilities, ranging from PCB mounting to finished products. The base is equipped with fully automated indoor fine-pitch and outdoor LED production lines, covering a wide range of specifications from P0.9 indoor fine-pitch LEDs to P10 outdoor LEDs.
Inspur (Suzhou) Intelligent Manufacturing Base
Inspur (Suzhou) Intelligent Manufacturing Base covers an area of 20,000 square meters and primarily produces a series of robotic products, ATMs, cash dispensing modules, recycling modules, non-cash smart terminals, and other precision intelligent terminal equipment. Its products are sold to major banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and other clients across China, as well as exported to Europe, the Americas, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Inspur (Suzhou) Intelligent Manufacturing Base upholds the advanced management systems and expertise of Inspur Group. Equipped with cutting-edge systems such as SAP and AGV robotic solutions, the base operates under a strict Industry 4.0-compliant management framework. Inspur (Rizhao) Intelligent Manufacturing Base
Inspur (Rizhao) Intelligent Manufacturing Base is located in the Inspur Zero-Carbon Industrial Park within Rizhao Shibei Economic Development Zone. Covering a construction area of over 20,000 square meters, it has established four advanced automated and intelligent production lines. These include two high-precision, high-speed, and large-throughput PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) board mounting production lines that fully leverage IoT (Internet of Things), big data analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to achieve precise and rapid mounting of electronic components, with an annual production capacity exceeding 5 million sets of board cards. In addition, the base has introduced robotics and data processing technologies to set up two automated production lines for charging piles and energy storage products. Through full-process digitization, it can annually produce 20,000 high-voltage DC charging piles, 1 million two-wheeled electric vehicle charging piles, and 500 MW of energy storage products.
Inspur (Taian) Intelligent Manufacturing Base
Inspur (Tai'an) Intelligent Manufacturing Base is located in the Taishan Optoelectronic Technology Industrial Park in Xintai City. It currently comprises two major factories: the Inspur Electromechanical Industrial Park and the Xingtai UHD Factory, with a total construction area exceeding 60,000 square meters. The base has established four production lines: intelligent electromechanical equipment, intelligent service terminals, PCB mounting and complete machine assembly, as well as Mini LED lamp beads.The product range covers sheet metal electromechanical equipment, charging piles, energy storage devices, self-service terminals, and more, enabling a 24-hour production capacity for sheet metal components and an annual production capacity of over 20,000 intelligent service terminals.The Mini LED lamp bead production line has invested in over 500 fully automated packaging machines, including die bonders, wire bonders, dispensers, sorters, and taping machines, enabling the production of 0.4mm Mini LED lamp beads and MIP four-in-one lamp beads.
