1. Normative development operation management standard and management standard
   In consideration of the characteristics of development and management of its overseas projects, Inspur has made a set of complete and practical project development operation standards and management standards which are based upon different development models(waterfall development model and rapid prototyping method development model) and development technical method (structured analyzing/designing method and object-oriented analysis/design method), in which the integrating process integrates the activities of business, development, service and support of enterprises into an integrated mutually cooperative ensemble, and also it can revise the cases of the standards individually according to the characteristics of the projects and requirements of the clients, therefore, lays solid foundations for the successful development of the projects.

2. Rich development experiences and standard software components
   Based upon its practice in the development of software for years, Inspur has, in a wide field, accumulated rich development experiences and standard software components library of mainstream development technologies. Especially, to meet the requirements of its foreign clients, it has actively mastered such new development technologies as object-oriented analysis/design method and mainstream development tools, etc. Now it has the whole soft development abilities of from recommendation, analysis, design, test to maintenance. Full-time quality engineers have been stuffed to follow the status of development and management and inspect the status of quality in each stage of the projects on a quantitative basis.
